The Veterans Job Referral Program is designed to provide veterans with potential career opportunities within our company. We believe that veterans bring unique skills, experience, and perspectives that can greatly contribute to our organization's success.
This referral program works in tandem with our employee referral program. Here's how the program works:
- If you know a veteran who would be a great fit for our team, refer them to the program. This includes veterans who are actively seeking employment, transitioning from military service to civilian life, or looking for new career opportunities.
- The referred veteran will receive priority consideration for any job openings that closely match their skillset and qualifications.
- If the referred veteran is qualified, hired, and successfully completes the probationary period, the referring employee and new veteran hire will receive a one-time bonus.
