Announcing HR check-ins with interns

This is a moment for interns to reflect on their progress, discuss any

challenges they’re facing, and connect with you. These touchpoints

ensure that interns feel supported and valued, while also giving the

HR team an opportunity for feedback to continuously improve the

internship program. It goes a long way in establishing a positive and

growth-oriented career journey. 

Interns often report having not enough work or too much work. This is a great time to probe on workload, as well as morale. You can also use this to collect feedback for your internship program in general, if modified and sent near the end of the internship.
