We will be celebrating International Yoga Day in the office on Monday, June 21st. This day is dedicated to spreading awareness about the benefits of practicing yoga and promoting a healthy work-life balance worldwide.

To celebrate this day, we have organized a yoga session in the office from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. The session will be led by a certified yoga instructor and will include a series of poses and breathing exercises anyone can do from anywhere.

We would also like to share some quick tips to help you destress and find balance in the workplace:

  1. Practice desk yoga: Take a few minutes to stretch your arms, neck, face, and back while seated at your desk. This can help relieve tension and improve posture.
  2. Practice mindful breathing: Take a few minutes to focus on your breath and clear your mind. This can be done at your desk or in a quiet corner of the office.
  3. Take breaks: Take frequent breaks throughout the day to stretch, walk around, and rest your eyes. This can help improve your focus and productivity.
  4. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and energized.
