Hi everyone,
October is in full swing, and you know what that means—Halloween is just around the corner! To get us all into the hauntingly festive spirit, we're excited to announce a Halloween Spirit Week, starting on Monday, October 25th and running through Friday, October 29th. Each day will feature a different theme to add a touch of fun and creativity to our workweek.
Here's the rundown:
Wear company swag or don our brand colors. Extra points for creative accessorizing!
Unleash the cuteness at our office Pet Costume Contest this Halloween! Dress up your furry (or feathery or scaly) friends in their spookiest or silliest costumes and bring them in to strut their stuff. It's the paw-fect opportunity to showcase your pet's unique personality while competing for some howl-worthy prizes! 🐾🎃
Time to pull out those eye-popping, jaw-dropping socks from the depths of your drawers. The crazier, the better!
Let's take a trip down memory lane. Dress up in styles from your favorite decade—be it the '60s, '80s, or even the '90s!
Go all out and come to work in your Halloween best! Costumes are highly encouraged, but please keep them work-appropriate. We'll have a mini-parade and vote for the best costume, with prizes for the winners!
Please remember to keep all outfits and costumes appropriate and respectful. If you have any questions or concerns about what is considered appropriate, don't hesitate to reach out to the HR team.
Mark your calendars and start planning your outfits! Let's make this Halloween Spirit Week one for the books!
Thank you,
People Team

Halloween, a celebration on the last day of October, has its roots in the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain. It was believed that on this day, the boundary between the living and the dead became blurred, and the ghosts of the dead returned to earth. With time, it evolved into a festivity that includes carving jack-o'-lanterns, festive gatherings, donning costumes, and eating treats. It's a time when mythical stories and characters come to life and the ordinary world gets a touch of the extraordinary.
At work, celebrating Halloween can be a fantastic way to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive company culture. It encourages staff to engage in teamwork and enjoy light-hearted, collaborative fun. Through the simple act of dressing up or participating in themed activities, employees can take a break from the usual work stress, leading to a refreshing change of pace and improved job satisfaction. Halloween festivities at the office can enhance team dynamics, spark innovation, and make the workplace a more engaging and enjoyable space.
